Squirrels had lots of fun today playing various games:
- Twister
- Hedbanz
- Parachute
- Hot lava
- Broken telephone
- Ring toss
- Bean bags & balls for aiming.
Jazak'Allah Khair to the children who shared their games from home ❤️
Insha'Allah Squirrels will be going on an adventurous hike in aide of Palestine that will cover different terrains, wildlife and even a river! We plan to leave at 10.00am and stop for a snack/water break at some point before heading back to the 7th Hut for a picnic.
Insha'Allah Squirrels will be exploring a range of emotions, they will follow this up by making play dough faces and choosing the emotion they most relate to. They will also be using different coloured sticking dots (different emotions) to create their very own colour monster.
Insha'Allah, we will be cooking a sweet treat, which was a suggestion put forward by one of our Squirrels.
Insha'Allah Squirrels will be exploring different ways to be active and moving their body.
Insha'Allah Squirrels will be discussing and voting for future activities they would like to participate in. They would also be decorating their own name badge and practising writing their own name.

We had a great session this morning! Children behaved and participated in the discussions and activities very well.
The Squirrels will be using their creativity skills to make a bear mask and use it in role-play.
The Squirrels will be developing their problem solving skills by working together to build a bridge. There were some very interesting bridges being built at the session today. Some very promising engineers and designers in the group, inshallah.
The Squirrels had a great adventure today going on Bear and Gruffalo Hunt, exploring tunnels and meeting other new Squirrels.
Jazak'Allah Khair to the parents that assisted and to those that came for the investiture ceremony. Squirrels definitely love having their parents' presence!
🍁 The children had an enjoyable session today. They went on a nature walk, collected items, and then decorated their own crowns. 🌿Mash'Allah, all the Squirrels participated very well.
The Squirrels had a great time today working in teams to construct their dens with materials, pipes, sticks, balls, chairs and pegs! They also got to eat their snacks in their dens. Well Done!
The Squirrels had a good first session today making Sound Sensory Bottles, using their senses to see what noises the bottles can create using a variety of resources.
